Webinar with retired Chief Mass Communication Specialist Terry Spain

In honor of Black History Month, we have scheduled a webinar with retired Chief Mass Communication Specialist Terry Spain who had the distinct pleasure of telling the Navy story.  During his 21 years of dedicated service, he has visited more than 40 countries and interacted with countless foreign Dignitaries. For all Sea Cadets who are interested in photojournalism, writing, and telling the Sea Cadet story, I would recommend attending this webinar scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 15 at 8 p.m. EST.
