Stamford Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony

1. DEALEY Division will march in the  Stamford Veterans Day parade and participate in the ceremony to follow at Veterans Memorial Park.
2. Date: Sunday, November 9, 2025.
3. Muster: 1100. Parade starts at 1200. Ceremony to follow. See linked file for lineup information on page 4 of the document.
4. Uniform: Dress Blue for Sea Cadets and Dress White Shirts with Pea Coats for League Cadets. Rain is forecast but hopefully will hold off until after the ceremony. Last minute instructions will be sent Sunday to prepare for rain.
5. Drop off: Corner of Prospect St and North St. Cadets will proceed to North and Bedford St and form up in the designated spot. Parade organizers will be there to help. Once dropped off, families can park in the Stamford Town Center. To watch the parade walk north on Bedford St, pick a spot and then follow cadets into the park.
6. Parking: For ease of leaving after the ceremony, park at the Stamford Town Center (mall), it’s free on Sunday. Enter from Greyrock Pl. There are two entrances. Choose the one closest to Macy’s (northern most entrance).  There is a passage way from parking to the park. 
7. Parade Route: From North St, south on Bedford St, across Broad St, south on Atlantic St to Veterans Memorial Park. 
8. Ceremony: Cadets will assist in the ceremony by standing side boys for the laying of the wreath.
9. Forecast: Rain, mainly after 1pm. High near 62. East wind 7 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
