E-3 / Seaman Polaris Advancement Course Announcement

1/22/2021

National Headquarters is excited to announce the rollout out of our next Polaris Advancement Course (PAC), E-3 / Seaman. This course will replace the current Seaman legacy course for promotion and training requirements.

WHO CAN ACCESS THE E-3 PAC?

Any cadet who has completed the BMR or the E-1 and E-2 PACs will be able to access and take the E-3 PAC. Cadets who have already completed their E-3 / Seaman course requirement do not need to take the new Polaris Advancement Course, however they will have access to the new PAC should they wish to view it. Cadets currently taking the Seaman legacy course, may elect to switch to the new E-3 PAC.

Volunteers will also have Volunteer Access to the new PAC.

WHEN WILL THE SEAMAN LEGACY COURSE DECOMMISSION?

We will be decommissioning the Seaman legacy course on March 31, 2021. Cadets currently taking the legacy courses must finish all lessons prior to that date.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE AIRMAN COURSE?

The Airman legacy course will remain an optional course in Polaris until further notice.

We are excited to take this next step in our curriculum rollout. Thank you for your dedication to our cadets' success.
