The Connecticut Council of the US Navy League is pleased to invite you to attend an online Zoom meeting scheduled for Wednesday May 19th at 7:30 pm eastern time Our principal speaker will be Vic Mercado, retired Rear Admiral and more recently former Assistant Secretary of Defense for strategy, plans, and capabilities. Approximately. 1,500 flags where placed at Saint John Cemetery. We located specific graves of PVT Angelo DeMasi (WWII casualty), SGT Vincent Horan (WWII, Pearl Harbor casualty) and SSGT Homer Wise (WWII Medal of Honor recipient).
