Plan of the Day 4 Oct 2021

Monday, 4 October at 1900 (muster at 1830). Uniform: Dress Blue

Always review the Plan of the Month before heading to drill.

Tonight is Presentation Night at the Stamford Yacht Club. Uniform is Dress Blue. Please ensure you have all your items to include: 

• cover
• neckerchief (sea cadets)
• boatswain lanyard (league Cadets)
• name tag
• ID card
• ribbons
• black socks.

For the new recruits, wear what you have been issued so far. If you don't have uniforms yet, please wear business casual clothes. Last chance to send me or Mr. O'Brien pictures for the presentation.

Recurring tasks:

• If you still have your service record, bring it in.
• ​Bring in a copy of your COVID Vaccination CDC card for your service record if not done already.
• ​Please fill out the USNSCC COVID-19 Cadet & Adult Screening Form linked below. This only required once, so if you filled out last drill there is no need. We still have to check and record for symptoms verbally every drill.

• 4 Oct 1991 - USS Arkansas (CGN 41), USNS Sioux (T-ATF 171), USS Aubrey Fitch (FFG 34) and Helicopter Antisubmarine Squadron 6 (HS 6) rescue personnel on merchant ships in three different rescue operations in the Arabian Sea.
