Monday, 30 August at 1900. Optional Drill, Uniform is Civilian Attire.

DEALEY Division will be open for cadets and families for an optional drill. Tasks to include:

• Return of Service Records
• Uniform Exchange. We have received more NWU Type III uniforms of larger and smaller sizes. 
• Discuss summer training completed and discuss advancement plans.
• Bring in a copy of your COVID Vaccination CDC card for your service record.​

Today in Naval History

• 30 August 1929 - At New London, Conn., 26 men test the Momsen lung to exit an intentionally-bottomed submarine. The device was created by Lt. C.B. Momsen following the failure to save surviving crew members trapped in USS S-4 (SS 109) that sank after a collision with Coast Guard cutter USS Paulding in 1927.
