Rules

1. Cadets may participate in, one individual event and the 4-person relay, or 2 individual events
2. For units who may not have sufficient members for a complete team, cadets may swim in two individual events only.
3. Only 4 cadets are necessary, in order to constitute a complete team.
4. If the unit does not have sufficient numbers to constitute a separate sea cadet and league cadet team, league cadets may compete on a combined team but the points will accrue to the sea cadet team total points.

Events

1. Freestyle, 50 yard
2. Back stroke, 50 yard
3. Breast stroke, 50 yard
4. 4 x 50 yard relay
