ID Card Picture Instructions

1. Wear your working uniform, either Type I or Type 3
2. If not issued a uniform yet, wear a dark blue t-shirt with no graphics
3. Take picture with a white background (or as light as possible)
4. Background must be clear of any objects
5. Avoid shadows as best you can. Use “portrait mode" if available on your phone
6. Take the picture so your name is visible in the photo (see Photo 1)
7. We will crop it down as necessary to fit the ID (see Photo 2)
